Police and Seatbelts

just doesn't seem right because seat belt's can sometimes blend in with shirt or maybe the cop caught a bad glimpse.

i still think a seatbelt is a persons choice and not the state's. i know a guy who wrecked and was thrown out of his vehicle and lived because he was not wearing his seat belt. if he was wearing his seatbelt the steering column would of crushed him.

In Va you have to be pulled over for another suspected violation , if your under 18 I think they can pull you over for it.
